SHIPPING POLICY

We offer complimentary domestic ground shipping (within the continental U.S. only) on orders over $150. Upgraded shipping is available, but we advise that you please contact us at 800.566.8661 before selecting a faster method to ensure we have your item(s) in stock. If the items you ordered are not in stock, they will need to be produced, and choosing a faster shipping option will not speed up production time.

In-stock express orders placed after 1pm Arizona Time will be shipped on the following business day. Note: Arizona does NOT observe daylight savings time; you can get the current Arizona time here.

For security purposes, we DO NOT currently ship to PO, FPO, or APO boxes. Military or civilian support personnel stationed overseas that have only APO/FPO addresses, please contact us by email at service@nightriderjewelry.com or by phone at 800.566.8661 in order to discuss other shipping options.

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

AMEX policy requires us to ship items purchased to the cardholder’s billing address only.
