It’s pretty simple. NightRider jewelry pieces come with a limited Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship, granted to the item's original owner. And while that won’t cover it getting run over by a truck, it does mean that we stand by our work, our quality, and you.

Any mechanical components incorporated in our jewelry (e.g., moving internal parts such as Box clasps, Interlock clasps, or kinetic elements) come with a 2-year warranty granted to the original owner.

We will gladly repair items out of warranty—our Customer Care team can provide you with a quote. Visit our Repairs page for more information about repair services.

If a problem is deemed to be from a manufacturing defect, NightRider will repair or replace the jewelry item at no charge, excluding shipping. This warranty does not apply to damage or breakage resulting from misuse or abuse, accidents, neglect, mishandling, or wear resulting from normal use. Unauthorized modification (any repair work or resizing done by a third party) will void this warranty.
