ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES
Each NightRider Jewelry piece is handcrafted to order, and production time depends upon your chosen product. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. Production time on items can vary between 2 to 3 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with package tracking information.

We ship Monday through Friday, except for the following holidays when the workshop is closed:
President's Day | 3rd Monday in February |

Independence Day | July 4 |
Labor Day | 1st Monday in September |
Thanksgiving Day | 4th Thursday in November |
Black Friday | 4th Friday in November |
Christmas | December 25–27 |
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible by phone at 800.566.8661 or by email at service@nightriderjewelry.com. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, but keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and as a result we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
