Interested in helping open our newest store in Houston? NightRider Jewelry is in search of a Sales Manager to join our team at our new location at The Galleria. While leading the team in sales, they will also be heading duties like hiring, sales training, and setting and assisting in meeting sales goals.

OUR OPENING:
Retail Sales Manager in Houston, TX.
This is a full-time position at our new location at The Galleria, and you MUST be available to work weekends and holidays.

Required skills that will be essential to success in this role are:

• A minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership position
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Proven Sales track record.
• Customer based and team player mentality.
• Time Management, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
• Ability to design and implement a successful sale strategy.
• Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives.
• Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, motivate, and support a small team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
• Incorporate Core Values into everyday processes.
• Introduce, develop, and maintain relationships with customers to ensure the NightRider experience.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
• Hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
• Setting and achieving sales targets while leading the team in sales.
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics to assist in driving the sales team to the goal.
• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
• Identifying new sales opportunities for their team.
• Serving as the face of the organization for the location.

Details and Other Notes:

• A Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. Their duties include hiring and training sales staff, relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas and generating leads to divide among Sales Representatives.
• Sales Managers job is to hold meetings with the sales staff to review monthly goals, highlight new products to sell and cultivate the NightRider experience.
• Ensure the NightRider atmosphere and core values are maintained.
• Accomplish store goals and help each team member reach their own personal goals.
• Following and implementing policies and procedures.
