Rudiarius [ru-de-á-re-us]: A Roman gladiator who was granted his freedom

Helm – The "Cassis Crista" is a large bronze gladiator helmet with a plumed crest and an ornate 'grill' face visor

The Rudiarius Skull – Illustrates the gladiator's stark reality: facing death with every battle in the hopes of earning his freedom

Barrel – Spin the silver barrel on the back of the pendant, and watch a gladiatorial battle scene unfold

Tridents – Called "fascinas," gladiators used these three-pronged jabbing weapons in the arena to strike from a distance, causing maximum damage

The Rudiarius Lion – Appearing on the helm's crest, the lion motif is carried over from both the Rudiarius Ring and Rudiarius Band

Rudis Swords – Flanking the gladiator, these wooden swords were ceremoniously awarded to the winner of a gladiatorial fight
