ABOUT OUR JEWELRY

NightRider Jewelry is made in the USA using the finest materials, including genuine .925 sterling silver, 14k gold, and a variety of quality gemstones. We back our products with a Lifetime Guarantee against any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Every piece of jewelry we produce is hand-finished by a skilled jeweler, which means that there are slight variations in the finish from one piece to another; no two NightRider pieces are exactly alike. The NightRider item you receive is truly a unique work of art—handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and not identical to any other.

ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIMES

Order processing time is based on if an item is in stock or if it needs to be produced; many of our pieces are made-to-order and shipping time depends upon your chosen product.  Payment is due at the time the order is placed.  In-stock orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, while processing time on items that need to be produced can vary between 2 to 3 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with package tracking information.

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible by phone at 800.566.8661 or by email at service@nightriderjewelry.com.  We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, but keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and as a result we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer complimentary domestic ground shipping (continental US only) on orders over $150. Upgraded shipping is available, but we advise that you please contact us at 800.566.8661 before selecting a faster method to ensure we have your item(s) in stock. If items you ordered are not in stock and will need to be produced, choosing a faster shipping option will not speed up production time.

In-stock express orders placed after 1pm Arizona Time will be shipped on the following business day. Note: Arizona does NOT participate in daylight savings time; you can get the current Arizona time here.

For security purposes we DO NOT currently ship to PO, FPO or APO boxes.  Military or civilian support personnel stationed overseas that have only APO/FPO addresses, please contact us by email at service@nightriderjewelry.com or by phone at 800.566.8661 in order to discuss other shipping options.

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.  Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost.  Please contact your customs office for more information.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

Each jewelry piece we produce comes with a Lifetime Guarantee against any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Exchanges or returns of a new, unworn NightRider piece will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. Returns must include all original packaging. We will accept any new, unworn NightRider piece for exchange; you pay only the price difference, if applicable, and shipping charges. Apparel returns will be accepted at our discretion for a store credit only. Customized jewelry item sales are final and are not eligible for exchange or return.

The exchange/return value is determined by the purchase price of the item.  If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact us by email at service@nightriderjewelry.com or by phone at 800.566.8661.

Once your package has been received, the item will be inspected and its condition evaluated. We will contact you to verify whether or not your item is eligible for refund/exchange, and if so, it will be processed within 2-3 business days.  If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.  Please note that if we refund your credit/debit card, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

REPAIR POLICY

Each piece we produce comes with a Lifetime Guarantee against any defects in materials or craftsmanship.  We will gladly accept any NightRider piece for repair and complete the work at no charge; you pay only the cost to ship the item to us.  If you need to return an item for repair, please contact us by email at service@nightriderjewelry.com or by phone at 800.566.8661.

Repairs must be shipped directly to NightRider.  Please print and fill out the Cleaning/Refinishing/Repair Form, pack and seal your box securely, and don’t forget to include a contact number.  We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier who will provide a tracking number, and for security purposes do not write the word JEWELRY anywhere on your package.

Once your package has been received, your repair will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped back to you as soon as possible, but may take up to three weeks depending on the condition of the piece.  Our customer service department will contact you if any out-of-warranty charges apply.

WATCH WARRANTY & SERVICE POLICY

NightRider watches are warranted against factory defects for a period of two years from date of purchase. Due to the nature of silver, tarnishing of the eagle medallion is expected over time. Damage resulting from incorrect use or poor treatment, as well as wear and tear resulting from use, is excluded. Warranty repairs will be performed at no charge; you pay only the shipping cost. We will accept watches for out-of-warranty repairs; after we receive the watch, an inspection will be performed and we will contact you with the estimated repair cost. JEWELRY CARE

Your NightRider jewelry purchase includes a jewelry care cloth. Here’s how to use it properly:
1. Rub the jewelry surface with the inner (white) cloth first. This cloth is embedded with non-toxic cleaning agents, which remove and inhibit tarnish on silver and gold.
2. After tarnish has been removed, use the outer (black) cloth to buff jewelry surface to a shine.

The jewelry care cloth can be reused many times before it is no longer effective. Do not wash the cloth—even though it may appear to be dirty, this is merely the effect of the cleaning agents responding to the metal.

To keep your NightRider jewelry looking its best for years to come, please follow these guidelines:
DO: Remove jewelry when applying lotion or washing hands. Be sure hands are completely clean and dry before handling jewelry.
DO: Remove jewelry when working out, tanning, or any other activity that may cause sweating.
DO: Clean jewelry by using provided jewelry care cloth only. We also offer complimentary cleanings; you pay only the shipping cost. See our Cleaning Policy in the following section for more info.
DO: Take good care of your jewelry. Although it is durable, silver is a softer metal which can nick, ding, and deform with rough use.

DO NOT: Submerge jewelry in liquid or wear in a hot tub, pool, or other body of water, i.e., lake, ocean, etc. The jewelry is likely to discolor and require refinishing, which is not included in our complimentary cleaning service and will incur an associated fee.
DO NOT: Clean jewelry with silver polish, ultrasonic, toothbrush, or any other self-cleaning method. Please use only the provided jewelry care cloth to clean your jewelry.
DO NOT: Take jewelry to another jeweler to be cleaned; the jewelry will turn white. This will require refinishing, which is not included in our complimentary cleaning service and will incur an associated fee.

RING RE-SIZING POLICY

We will gladly re-size NEARLY any NightRider ring; you pay only a small fee and shipping costs.  While we will try to accommodate all re-sizing requests, please be aware that not all rings can be re-sized. Due to the complex nature of some ring designs, re-sizing is not always an option and rings that can be re-sized can only go up or down one size.  Please refer to the ring’s description on our website which will state if this is a ring that can be re-sized.

If the ring is re-sizable, the price to re-size a silver ring is $50. If you own a gold ring that needs re-sizing, please contact us for a quote. For rings that cannot be re-sized or rings that need to be sized more than one ring size you will be given a 50% credit towards the purchase of a ring of the IDENTICAL style only. SIZING GUIDELINES

We have listed the actual dimensions of each piece we produce in the description section of the piece on our website.  We suggest you review the below information in order for you to understand the industry-specific terminology and to ensure you have the correct sizing in mind when you are purchasing.

Bracelets – Dimensions are based on height and length. Height is determined by vertically measuring the bracelet “face” at its widest point. Length is determined one of two ways, either in inches for our styles that utilize chain or specific sizes for our large link and cuff styles.  A rule of thumb for the cuff styles: small/medium are sized for the ladies, medium/large are sized for the men and x-large, well you get the picture.

Buckles – Dimensions are based on height and width. Height is determined by vertically measuring the widest point of the buckle. Width is determined by horizontally measuring the widest point of the buckle NOT including the post where you would attach the belt.

Chains – Dimensions are based on chain gauge (width) and length.  Below are standard guidelines for sizing:

Pendants – Dimensions are based on height and width. Height is determined by vertically measuring the longest point of the pendant including the bail, which is the part of the pendant that hangs from the chain. Width is determined by horizontally measuring the widest point of the pendant.

Rings – Dimensions are based on top height and shank height. Top height is determined by vertically measuring the ring “face” at its widest point. Shank height is determined by vertically measuring the back of the ring at its widest point. The most accurate way to determine your NightRider ring size is to have a NightRider sales representative size your finger. Following are standard guidelines for how to measure your finger to find your ring size.  Use a piece of string or strip of paper no wider than 3/4 inch. Wrap it around the base of the appropriate ring finger. Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle then measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark for your ring size. For the most accurate reading, we recommend you measure the finger at the end of the day when the finger is the largest. Use the chart below to determine the ring size:
